Noah grew up in multiple family horticulture businesses, where he learned firsthand how green industry businesses operate and grow. That early exposure shaped his understanding of how teams are built and how much the right people matter to a business over time and through periods of growth.

Before co-founding Live Oak, Noah worked with enterprise teams in telecom and cybersecurity, advising large organizations through complex infrastructure and growth challenges.

Andrew built his career in recruiting, research, and search operations, developing a strong understanding of how growing companies hire and scale their teams. Through his work with operators and leadership teams, he gained a clear view of how hiring decisions impact performance and long-term growth.

Before co-founding Live Oak, he led recruiting efforts across complex organizations, partnering with leadership to run disciplined searches and improve hiring processes in competitive markets. Together, they focus on recruiting for landscaping and green industry companies.
